Eric is a creative and (I do not exaggerate when I say this) gifted cook! He and Mindy hardly enjoy eating out anymore because they can prepare a so much better meal at home. I seriously regret that I didn't take pictures of the barbecued ribs he served us later in the week -- to die for!
