This is the room in which history was made. Interestingly, Bruce and I went just this week to see the musical play 1776, which portrays the inside story of the 2nd Continental Congress and the debates, disagreements, and challenges leading up to the signing of the Declaration -- this was part of the Utah Festival Opera with Michael Ballam playing the John Adams role. It was quite surreal to walk into the theatre and see the set on stage so very similar to the real thing, right down to the green floor-length tablecloths.
Isn't this impressive? We had to go home and watch National Treasure after our day in Philadelphia!
