Thought I'd just insert a few pics from Bruce and Scott's trip to California. Much of their time was spent in the terminal at Travis Air Force Base, vainly attempting to get on a plane to Hawaii. The snoozers above are Bruce and Scott's friend Max. Unfortunately, retirees, such as Bruce and Max's dad, are not high priority for Space Available flights, and after five days of trying, they gave up and decided to enjoy the California coast instead. Much as I wish I had pictures of Scott surfing to share, they didn't take any -- but we do have a few from Yosemite:
