Wish I'd taken a "before" picture of our little ground-level patio, and especially the ivy and geranium in the planter on the end. It was dirty and drab and neglected. Here's how it looks now!
In addition to the flowers, which you can see, we've planted tomatoes, carrots, a lettuce blend, and spinach in the rectangular planters. Oh, and radishes. We don't know how this is going to work and we figured we needed an ego crop like radishes! We also need a couple more pots for the cucumbers, which Bruce figures he'll trail along the wall and over and around the railing. We're optimistic about fresh, yummy salads in our future!
