This dog was so cute, I couldn't resist taking a picture. Bruce made eye contact with the Asian-looking woman driving and spoke slowly and distinctly: "We .. love .. Corgis!" To which she cheerfully replied, "Thank you!" in a completely American accent. We all laughed -- she probably lives on base!
Incidentally, the Welsh Corgi seems to be a very popular breed here, we see lots of them. We've already decided when we come home from this mission we're going to get a Corgi puppy and name him or her "Fussa." At least, I've decided this -- I'm sure Bruce will come around! After all, I didn't get a new dog when Kendra left home! :-)
