Here's Bruce trying to open a pomegranate, following the tutorial on Eric's blog. He wasn't quite as effective as Eric, and considerably messier! The extra pair of hands belong to one of his 11-year-old scouts -- working on a cooking requirement for advancement.

I've been wanting to try that - way to take the plunge, Dad. :) Nothing like a merit badge to get the ball rolling. :)
