2008 Barrus Family Reunion
This is a rather random collection of photos from the reunion, in no particular order --see how many family members you can name. We enjoyed playing outside, an indoor rodeo, the Barrus Bowl quiz game, the family band complete with percussion ensemble, karaoke, lots of good company and lots of good food. Missed those of you who couldn't make it!
I love the picture of you and your siblings with Grandma all holding your glasses - so funny!! And I really like Laura's new frames - mom, you should look into getting something like that. :)
Heather, that picture was taken for your benefit -- you got such a kick out of the one from the last reunion where the glare was reflecting off every last pair of our glasses. I like Laura's frames, too, but not sure if my bifocals will fit them -- she's a few years younger than me, you know! :-)
Oooh -- that makes me long for mountains to camp in! Thanks so much for the pictures, mom -- it's sooooo good to see them - makes me sad that Dave, Mindy, Heather and I aren't in any of them.... Maybe next time... I love you!

Yeah!! It looks like it was cold there. Lots of games and music and just hanging out - the perfect combination.
